  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order): Offline Payment (Direct Bank Transfer) Credit / Debit Card PayPal
  • How do I make a purchase?
    To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express), offline payment (bank transfer), or PayPal account.
  • Do I charge sales tax?
    Currently there are NO tax in Malaysia.
  • Do you accept refunds?
    For deodorants, you may request for a full refund if it doesn't meet its claims or if it doesn't suit you, provided it is the first time you are purchasing this product. Refund can be claimed up to a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of purchase, and can only be claimed once. For other products, refunds will only be acceptable if the item(s) are severely damaged during shipment. You will also get a refund if there was a mistake on our part, such as sending you a product that has past its expiry date. We do not refund for reasons such as allergy to certain ingredients, or if the particular smell of a product is not to the customer's liking.
  • How will I receive my RM10 voucher after registering as a Member?
    The voucher code will be emailed to you. Before you Checkout, be sure to paste your code into the "Enter a promo code" section of your cart.
  • How to leave review and get 5% coupon?
    To leave a review, please: Sign up or Login as a member. Only members are allowed to leave reviews. Visit the product page you want to leave a review for. Scroll down and click "Write A Review". Leave you review. Be sure to provide us with the correct email address for the coupon to be sent to. After the review has been submitted, refresh the page to see your review appear. Important: Please leave your product review on the relevant product page. Do give our team some time to email you the coupon code manually after your have submitted your review.   • Where do you ship to?
    We currently only ship within Malaysia, and to Singapore. Please contact us if you'd like to make a special arrangement.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
  • What are your shipping charges?
    All orders within Malaysia are shipped via Citylink at RM9 for West Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia. We also use Citylink for Singapore with shipping charge of RM40.
